Description Trimex Expectorant Diabetic 100ml is indicated for dry irritating coughs in diabetic patients. Also used to treat worsening conditions of the inflamed lining of bronchial tubes in the lungs. It is a prescription medicine. Preparations containing narcotic should be used for short term if possible as addiction and dependency may occur. Pholcodeine is less addictive, causes less drowsiness and dependency as compared to codeine and dextromethorphan. Class: Mucolytics/expectorants (Respiratory system drugs).
