Description Delased Dry Cough contains Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 14mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 6.5mg, Sodium Citrate 57mg and Menthol 2mg. It is indicated for the effective management of chesty coughs by loosening and removing stubborn bronchial mucus. This product contains a decongestant (such as pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine) that works by narrowing the blood vessels to help relieve stuffy nose symptoms and sinus pressure. The product also contains a non-opioid cough suppressant (such as dextromethorphan, chlophedianol). It affects a certain part of the brain (cough center) to help you stop coughing. Talk with your doctor before using this product for a chronic cough from smoking or a cough with too much/thick mucus.
